Description
This module consist of two static synchronous memory ICs ( version 0) or 4 memory ICs (version 1) from the company GSI technology. The total memory is 4M x 18-bits (version 0) and 8M x 18-bit (version 1). Due to the number of signals needed to control the memory where used two extension board connector. The memory chips can work with several frequencies.
